Abstract

Generative AI (Gen AI) will evolve rapidly, affecting many industries. Major IT businesses' daily advances illustrate its promise, and organisations are researching methods to integrate it. Despite its revolutionary capacity, effective integration into daily operations is uncertain. Workforce optimisation and skill enhancement decisions are approaching, and people worry about their roles. Gen AI may affect many jobs, but few experts don't think it will replace many. With these ongoing dynamics, this study examines how companies handle Gen AI adoption obstacles and possibilities. We propose to analyse trade journals and newspaper articles to find integration strategies. The research idea seeks to help organisations and policymakers implement Gen AI with practical insights.
