Abstract
A challenge for Information System (IS) managers is to measure the effectiveness of delivered IS. Although work has been done in the field, innovation in IT over the past decade, and pressure in IT to improve performance, seem to merit a fresh appraisal of the issue. This research suggests quality as the framework for evaluation of effectiveness of delivered IS, with quality determined as a multidimensional construct. In this paper, we report findings of the empirical study into stakeholders' views of such IS Quality.
