Abstract

Achieving success is a longstanding goal for both project managers and organizations alike. Essential to evaluating project success are criteria such as budget and schedule compliance, and team satisfaction. These metrics can change depending on the project type and the stakeholders’ profiles, necessitating a thorough understanding of the project’s context and the organizations engaged. This study delves into success management, specifically focusing on evaluating success and leveraging insights from artificial intelligence tools. Two Information Systems projects within the Government-to-Government (G2G) context were examined as case studies to identify key success criteria. Beyond identifying these criteria, this paper explores how artificial intelligence can aid in determining their significance, alongside methods and techniques for measuring success tailored to the project's unique circumstances.
