Abstract
In the context of the information society and the digital economy, cybersecurity is becoming an integral part of public administration. Given the rapid changes in technology, implementing appropriate procedures and recommended best practices in cybersecurity is particularly important for ensuring the security of public administration. This article aims to determine the impact of implementing security procedures, organizational standards, and systematically improving employee competencies on ensuring cybersecurity in public administration. The results suggest that a comprehensive cybersecurity management approach, incorporating organizational and educational elements, may be inadequate in the face of current threats.
