Abstract

The article focuses on the topic of remote work, which has permanently become part of the economic landscape with the emergence of the threat posed by Covid-19. The article presents the assumptions and research methodology of the ongoing scientific project aimed at developing an effective remote work management model. Due to the interdisciplinary and turbulent organizational-functional environment of remote work, and in order to maintain high quality and universality of results, mixed-method research has been decided upon. The research procedure has been meticulously described and presented graphically. Additionally, tools that have been or will be used in the process of statistical inference have been indicated. To enhance understanding of the complexity of the research problem, the article includes a theoretical construct that serves as the foundation for the entire project. This construct encompasses forces and areas identified through thorough literature review, which influence and condition effective management of remote work.
