Description
Under the COVID-19 pandemic, online/remote classroom teaching has become the new routine for schools to continue teaching and learning. This paper serves as a proposal for the development of a research model to measure the effectiveness of teaching in remote classes. Built on top of the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework, we developed the research model and a set of questionnaire to validate the associated hypotheses. A pilot test was conducted to initially ensure the validities of the questionnaire items. Findings from the pilot study are discussed.
