Abstract
Smart health applications have transformed personal healthcare management through continuous monitoring, AI-driven feedback, and real-time recommendations. However, excessive reliance on these technologies raises critical behavioral and healthcare concerns. This study examines the drivers and consequences of overdependence on smart health apps, focusing on user autonomy, decision-making, and healthcare-seeking behavior.
