Abstract
AI strategies to support sustainable innovation are important factors in enterprises and are critical to supporting ecosystems. Rapid growth of AI technologies such as generative AI and Agentic AI can prompt a variety of responses and concerns within both organizations and society. Uncertainty around concepts of ethical or responsible use, unrealistic expectations and complexity all pose challenges to AI use. Enterprise Architecture (EA) with AI strategy is vital in designing large integrated systems toward sustainable ecosystem societies, addressing significant technical challenges in the AI era. In this professional development symposia, our panel will discuss cases of how the emerging AI technologies such as Generative AI, Agentic AI, Autonomous Vehicles, AR and IoT are transforming innovative organizations and promoting sustainable value chains. Our discussion will examine how leaders design and implement both innovative solutions with efficient processes while maintaining daily operations. Thus, the panelists will discuss the theory, practice, precise guidance and considerations when performing the aforementioned leadership roles and aiming at their accurate directions with AI strategies. This panel of senior IS educators and researchers with industry experience will discuss the challenges and effectiveness of “Architecture with AI Strategy and Sustainable Innovation for Digital Leaders” for the era of AI.
