Abstract
This study assesses Artificial Intelligence (AI) readiness among employees in the finance sector utilizing the Technology Readiness Index (TRI) 2.0 (CITE). The focus on the finance industry is driven by the high potential for AI application, which promises to transform operations, customer service, and the financial industry as a whole. By concentrating on a developing country, this research addresses the disparities in the pace of AI development and adoption compared to developed countries. This study is particularly timely and relevant, offering implications for both academic understanding and practical applications in a sector that has potential benefits from significant technological advancements.
