Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) systems are being rapidly adopted across industries, and this adoption creates unique opportunities and challenges for both organizational leaders and employees. One particularly interesting AI advancement is agentic systems, which can reason, plan, and act like humans. To shed light on the situation, we propose a study to develop an agentic system utilization framework that will help make sense of the emerging AI landscape.
