This purpose of this study aims to identify the related elements involved in ICT(Information and Communication Technology) integrated in higher education innovation, examine the adoption effects of ICT integration in Teaching Innovation of ICT support from institute and teaching. Thus, this study adopted Activity Theory framework to collect related factors, then stages involved in diffusion process was adopted to examine. The data were collected from the scholar who has implemented ICT integrated innovative teaching.194 questionnaires were collected from the universities in Taiwan and analyses by AMOS. Three main findings are as following:(1)Information-based Readiness have positively effect on User Readiness. (2)User Readiness has positively effect on Actual use, and (3)Actual use have positively effect on Satisfaction. The findings could enrich the research of ICT integrated education with different perspectives, and would be helpful to extend to the longterm development in academics and practical ICT application.
