Abstract
This study provides a qualitative document analysis of fifty global firms to provide insights on how firms utilize digital technologies to continuously innovate. The study sought to explore the breadth of innovations that leading global firms attain through digital technologies. Using triangulated data sources such as online materials, company documentations and physical evidences, the study derives an integrated framework for digital innovation, which demonstrates the process of digital innovation and its considerations. As such, the study contributes to the academia and practice by introducing a framework for digital innovation process.
