Abstract
Since the decision making item in the organization increases because the division of labor in the organization advances and the information floods, the efficiency of the group decision is required. The most difficult problem in the group decision is how the GAP between the members can be reduced while the dissatisfaction of members is minimized, and when the opinion difference occurs between members. On coordination method of the group decision, some methods using group AHP, etc. are proposed at present. Those methods have adopted a method for attempting the GAP reduction by the operation of the numerical value in the GAP reduction process. In this study, we propose a method that carries out the plotting on the plain as a member point, not only to show the value of the member as a numerical value, but also so that it reduces the distance between members as a GAP rate. The graphical expression, allows members to show the location and distance between members where as the expression is not possible in the numerical value. And the graphical expression of GAP would work for one of collaboration processes against the semi-structured problems that required a value judgement over the company such as a product development or R&D management. Also, it is important for the web-based group decision support system under the situation of the web-based groupware to be utilized in great numbers by communication technology and Internet technology development. Web-based GDSS that the member could operate only by a browser is constructed.
