Abstract
A taxonomic glossary: terms are grouped by what they belong to, from the sand pit as a whole down to the details of building and running a conversation. Within a group, a term comes after the terms it depends on. A term defined elsewhere is shown → like this. § numbers refer to the Design Log, where each term's history is told.
Third edition, 16 September 2026, incorporating Mike's revisions to the second. To be extended as the sand pit grows.
