Abstract

TGP data will not be fully governable unless we analyse it as a dynamic graph.

A TGP does not merely produce records. It produces relations. It records not only individual acts of communication, but changing structures of communication between role-holders, institutions, purposes, clients, mandates, and artefacts.

If this is true, then the next step for TGP evaluation is not simply better audit trails. It is dynamic graph analytics: the study of how accountable communication structures form, intensify, weaken, dissolve, and reconfigure over time.
