Abstract
When organisations face situations involving distributed responsibility, institutional
consequence, or contested accountability, contemporary enterprise platforms
often fail in structurally predictable ways.
Not because information is missing.
Because the communicative acts that generated institutional commitment were never
properly represented in the first place.
