Abstract

One of the most prominent applications of artificial intelligence technologies is self-driving vehicles. Self-driving vehicles are expected to be widely available soon. Do consumers trust self-driving vehicles? Trust in self-driving technology will impact the adoption and utilization of autonomous driving technology. What are the trust issues that the consumers will be concerned about? We used a qualitative methodology in this research to identify the trust issues of consumers.
