Abstract
This short paper explores three ethical questions and implications of Artificial Intelligence (AI), biais, responsability and transparency, across various underexplored contexts with the help of Kant and Hegel main propositions. As AI systems become increasingly embedded in societal frameworks, they raise pivotal ethical concerns related to privacy, accountability, and bias especially when inclusion is the aim. This analysis draws upon Kant's deontological ethics and Hegel's consequentialist ethics to frame AI-related ethical challenges. Kantian ethics advocates for universal moral guidelines irrespective of outcomes, while Hegelian ethics emphasizes the consequences of AI decisions, promoting flexibility based on situational outcomes. Our results and table also underligne the deep need of philosophical reflexion especially focused on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Algorithm Systems before conducting research and proposing practice
