Abstract

Interaction with digital technologies has inherently become a part of every aspect of human life. From the corporate sphere, which increasingly depend on the benefits of technology for their operations and business continuity, to the everyday, where aspects of the human being, such as interaction between people, or access to basic services, every time, and to a greater extent rely on digital technologies. Therefore, the concept of "Corporate Digital Responsibility" arises, which covers all aspects related to the impact of technology on society and how organizations, both that promote technological development and those that make use of technology to offer their products or services, must act in accordance with established ethical principles. This systematic literature review explores the concept of Corporate Digital Responsibility and the principles that should guide the development of new technologies and their use by organizations and society.
