Abstract

The development of companies in the 21st century is undoubtedly associated with the advancement that the use of information technologies has had in the various organizational processes, in the management of information and knowledge to improve business performance. This article aims to assess the level of digital maturity of companies belonging to the mining cluster of the Antofagasta Region. The study designs and applies a 10-dimensional model that assesses the level of digitization in the organization. The digital maturity measurement instrument was applied to a sample of 83 mining supplier companies belonging to the Antofagasta region. Finally, the results obtained showed that the average total digital maturity of the sample is equal to 2.5 (scale of 1 to 5).
