Abstract
The purpose of this document is to propose a disaster recovery plan that ensures the reestablishment of ICT services, that contributes to the business continuity plan, of the cross-cutting axes of national state and government strategies. This investigation, we will conduct it through a case study, the result of which will allow us to know the viability of the development of the Plan, we will take as a model the first government entity of the country of Nicaragua, supported by the research strategies we will deploy, a survey of different public officials by random sample to determine the implementation of this recovery plan, which strengthens the good management of public administration systems, and ensures compliance with technical internal control standards for the Nicaraguan public sector.
