Abstract

This study examines the influence of AI-enabled Intelligent Transportation Systems applications and logistics ambidexterity on green logistics practices and their ramifications for both green innovation and digital transformation. This study also analyses the impact of green innovation on the process of digital transformation in freight transport organisations. Empirical evidence was collected from 246 freight transport enterprises operating in Poland through the application of a structured survey methodology. The acquired data were assessed using descriptive statistics and the Structural Equation Modelling methodology. The study offers empirical evidence for an integrative perspective that foregrounds intelligent technologies as drivers of the emergence of green logistics practices and their implications for innovation and digital transformation.
