The dashboard based on the index uses the set of data at city level provided by the national authorities of Poland. The comparative analysis required implementation of taxonomic measure of development. The applied method and the results obtained can be used for different cities also in subsequent years to examine the results of strategic management in the implementation of sustainable, smart and resilient development policy.
