Abstract

In the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI), the demand for AI product managers is increasing. The rapid expansion of the AI market has created a huge demand for talents with "AI+product" backgrounds, but the specific competency standards of AI product managers are still unclear. This study analyzes the recruitment information of Chinese market, combines data mining and statistical analysis methods, and constructs a competency model of AI product manager career including Forward Thinking. It also delves into its job content, types, sources and distribution. The research results not only provide valuable references for job seekers, but also provide guidance for relevant educational institutions in formulating training objectives and curriculum systems. This study fills the research gap in the demand for AI product managers and lays the foundation for the development of talent standards for this emerging position.
