Abstract
Technology adoption in education necessitates a comprehensive understanding of these technologies to ensure sustainable outcomes. Higher Education Institutions in the Global South invested substantially in digitalization of education through Learning Management Systems during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the sustained benefits of this investment are being threatened by the low usage among lecturers in Sub-Saharan Africa.
