Abstract
This research analyses secretarial and advisory practices in contemporary organisational contexts, emphasizing the impact of AI on the modernization of these functions. A literature review identified key areas such as administrative management, organisational communication, information security, and interpersonal skills. Technologies including ERP, CRM, collaborative tools, and automation systems are transforming professional practice by increasing efficiency and security. AI emerges as an ally that supports automation, analysis, and decision-making without replacing human roles. The study concludes that secretarial work now holds strategic relevance, requiring investment in digital skills and ethical AI integration.
