Abstract
This study aimed to analyse the impacts of the Moodle platform on Polytechnic Institute of Beja students' work and learning processes during their academic activities. To collect data questionnaires were applied to assess the perception of student users regarding seven impact dimensions of work and learning processes: productivity; innovation; performance control; student satisfaction; information quality; information security and, performance expectation. To analyse data descriptive and correlational statistical analysis techniques were used. The research revealed that the dimensions with the highest impact were the performance control, information quality and student satisfaction, and the one with lower impact was innovation. It was possible to verify that age, course and academic year influence mainly student satisfaction with Moodle.
