Abstract
The remarkable technological growth of societies has allowed the development of new production systems that intend to offer a faster and more efficient response to the client, aiming to increase the competitiveness of the organizations. With the emergence of Industry 4.0 and all the technologies associated with it, organizations are able to capture and store an enormous volume of data that represent a valuable and strategic resource for the management of the company. However, in order to extract the true informative value from data, it is necessary to give them a meaning through their processing and subsequent sharing with the entities that need it. In this sense, this project aims the consolidating of a set of operational indicators that allows the improvement of the transmission of information and, therefore, the improvement of the decision-making process. For this purpose, a Business Intelligence platform was implemented using Microsoft Power BI, whose development process and results achieved will be described in this work.
