El objetivo del estudio es evaluar la estrategia de información en los sitios webs de salud de 6 países de Latinoamérica, en el contexto de la pandemia del COVID-19. Para lograrlo, se hizo una adaptación del instrumento propuesto por Tejedor et al. (2020), considerando las siguientes variables: usabilidad, interactividad, información ofrecida, y redes sociales; lo que fue complementado con datos obtenidos sobre la situación de cada país frente al COVID-19. La adaptación de este instrumento es la principal contribución del estudio. Además, luego de discutir los resultados obtenidos, se resalta que no hay consenso sobre la estrategia de información que debe tener un sitio web nacional de salud, por lo que se hacen recomendaciones de mejora según las oportunidades identificadas como respuesta a la infodemia. Finalmente, se resaltan las conclusiones del estudio, se reconocen algunas limitaciones, y se proponen interesantes oportunidades de trabajo futuro. / The study’s objective is to assess the information strategy in health websites of 6 Latin American countries, in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. To achieve this, we did an adaptation of the instrument proposed by Tejedor et al. (2020), considering the following variables: usability, interactivity, information offered, and social networks; which was complemented with data obtained about the situation of each country related with COVID-19. The adaptation of this instrument is the main contribution of the study. In addition, after discussing the obtained results, it is highlighted that there is no consensus on the information strategy that a national health website should have, so improvement recommendations are made according to the opportunities identified in response to the infodemic. Finally, the conclusions of the study are highlighted, some limitations are recognized, and interesting future work opportunities are proposed.
