Abstract
AI literacy is a holistic concept that refers to the proficiency needed for critically using and evaluating AI, as well as effectively using AI for value-adding activities. While recent research has started to explore the concept of AI literacy and its potential impacts on business outcomes, the majority have focused solely on the individual level. This approach leaves a significant gap in comprehensive understanding of AI literacy at different levels. Considering this gap, this study proposes the following research question: What are the components of AI literacy at the individual, group, and organisational level? To answer this question, this study conducts a systematic literature review to collect 24 articles and synthesize them from the organisational learning theory lens. This paper identifies an initial set of key components of AI literacy at three levels, and the outcomes of this research are expected to contribute both the academic literature and practical applications.
