Abstract
In this research in progress paper, we explore the user impression of an online health website. Online health consumers frequently use health websites to obtain health information. However, little is known about the user impression of online health websites. This information is important because a positive user impression could enhance the search session. Semi-structured interviews were used to obtain results from 37 participants. We specifically asked participants what aspects of the user interface they were satisfied and dissatisfied with. Results were analysed qualitatively. Results provide information on design strengths and areas for improvement for an online health website.
