Abstract
In this study, we introduce a data-driven approach for process mining in real-time strategy (RTS) games, which serve as a proxy for corporate decision processes. By analyzing decision sequences in gaming environments, we uncover strategic behaviors impacting performance and match outcomes. Our methodology leverages game data, enriching process mining research and providing implications for strategic planning in business process management.
