Abstract
The cross-border competition between financial institutions and internet firms become more and more intensely. Financial institutions have advantage about offline market capacity, professional ability, numerous capitals and the exiting customer. Internet companies have strength on innovation, collaboration and platform competition. Using internet factors to improve financial business is an irresistible trend. The strategy between financial enterprise and internet firm is Symbiosis and competition.
