Abstract

In this paper we seek to examine the advancements in wireless technology and how it has affected the way businesses handle troubleshooting and customer service. Wireless medium have radically changed the way that people around the world communicate and interact, but troubleshooting efforts must also be adaptive to the new wireless processes. We will prove that providing excellent customer service will allow for a company to develop a reliable customer base that will greatly grow their business.
