Description
An advanced digital mindset is essential for organizations to drive digital transformation and adapt to ever-changing market demands effectively. To fully realize the potential of digital transformation, it is necessary to investigate the impact of a digital mindset on digital competencies, motivation, personal skills, entrepreneurial orientation, and personality traits. In the present study, a quantitative research methodology was applied, and a model was developed and tested using reliability analyses, exploratory factor analyses, and regression analyses. The study results show that the digital mindset positively impacts digital skills, motivation, entrepreneurial orientation, personal skills, and personality traits, with high correlations between these dimensions. The study extends the existing literature by developing a comprehensive model that links a digital mindset with digital skills, entrepreneurial orientation, motivation, personal skills, and personality traits. It is recommended that organizations foster a culture of innovation to increase a proactive, innovative, and digital mindset.
