Abstract
In this paper, employing the framework of signed graphs with vertices with negative self evaluation as well as with positive self evaluation, we analyze relationships between network stability based on reliability of information sources and network structure. In particular, it is shown that the stability of a network is equivalent to the general clustcrability of the network.
