Abstract
Increasingly, an organization’s success depends on its ability to rapidly iterate and execute its strategy. This shift toward agile organization-wide strategy execution demands four strategic organizational enhancements: redefining leadership roles, adopting a measurement mindset, performing organizational integration and creating consistent team engagement. Drawing on two in-depth case studies of implementing the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework using specialized software, we describe how the leadership, measurement, integration and engagement activity systems that underpin each of the strategic execution enhancements can be digitally activated and facilitated.
