Abstract

Scholars and practitioners have determined that a lack of digital strategy is the biggest barrier to the adoption of innovative technologies in light of technical advancements. For Small -Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs), a key component of innovation and co mpetitive advantage is digital strategy. Multiple Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) will help them make better decisions because digital strategy involves a number of competing goals. In the Information Systems (IS) domain, SMEs require a guide for efficie nt decision -making, and MCDA -based decision -making processes foster entrepreneurship and innovation. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to use MCDA to examine how IS executives' satisfaction is affected by the adoption of IS planning. All information was gathered from IS executives at 294 Greek SMEs. The article's findings may help managers comprehend how digital strategy fosters the creation of cutting -edge technologies that integrate chances to boost innovation and business development
