CREATIVITY AND KNOWLEDGE SHARING IN INNOVATIVE SYSTEMS` IMPLEMENTATION
Abstract
Large software companies know how imoportant it is to share knowledge. This study focuses on the ways in which explicit and implicit knowledge mediate the relationship between system analysts' creativity during CRM implementation and the innovativeness of the implementation. The results show that creativity is positively related to innovativeness. This relationship is mediated negatively by explicit knowledge sharing but positively by tacit knowledge sharing among project team members.
