The editors of the Journal of the Southern AIS are pleased to announce the publication of Volume 7, Issue 2.
In this issue we have an interesting paper from Rene Moquin. In this paper, Moquin applies Social Identity Theory and Psychological Contract Theory to address the nature of reciprocity between IT workers and their organization. This work identifies 25 potential antecedents for psychological contract breach and violation beginning the work on developing a model of these phenomena. It also begins to fill in the gap into what is in the psychological contract that IT workers have with their organization and their profession.
