Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly integrated into the educational landscape. However, many gaps remain in our understanding of the role of AI in education and how it interacts with educational approaches, including the gamification of the educational process. To address these gaps, this study offers insights into the benefits that AI-gamification synergy brings to education, as well as the advantages it provides for stakeholders in the education sector. The research is based on a case study approach and expands our knowledge of how widely the practices of combining AI and gamification are applied in education, as well as allowing for a deeper exploration of how AI-gamification synergy may serve as a basis for a new form of student-educational environment interaction.
