Abstract

This paper presents the findings of a literature review of the role of

Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the non-life insurance industry. The aim is to

provide useful insights of how AI technologies are employed and their impact on

this sector. The analysis of the selected articles has elucidates the broader role of

AI in the insurance sector, its strategic implications for the industry, its

integration within process automation and its applications in claims management.

Future research could investigate the evolving relationship between AI and

employees, the implications of AI utilization for work especially in claim

management and customer relationships.
