Abstract

Digital Transformation has been a recurring theme in academic research in recent years. Due to its complexity and multidimensionality, there is still no comprehensive and consolidated understanding of the subject. One of the aspects little understood is related to the conditions that shape Digital Transformation in organizations. This article aims to understand the conditions for Digital Transformation, synthesizing its main components presented in the literature. To achieve this purpose, a systematic literature review supported by a bibliometric analysis was adopted as a method. The results indicate that Digital Transformation can be understood by internal and external conditions of the organization.
