Abstract
The objective of this research was to design a project observatory for a Brazilian university. To achieve this objective, a bibliographic research was carried out as a methodology, where the basic version was proposed, then the initial version of the end, a survey was carried out to evaluate the observatory in its initial version. As a result, an observatory has been put into production that is rated as positive and that stakeholders are ready to be evaluated.
