Abstract

This work structures a series of documentary findings, in order to substantiate the state of the art of models of appropriation of technologies in organizations, trying to discern relevant aspects regarding the adoption of technologies, in the same way, identify the achievements that have been developed and raised in this area. Concluding with relevant aspects and factors searching foundation of theoretical bases that in the future allow projecting lines that promote organizational development by taking advantage of these models for the adoption of technology.
