About ISD2019
The the 28th International Conference on Information Systems Development (ISD2019) was hosted by the Higher Institute for Electronics and Digital Training (ISEN Yncréa Méditerranée) in Toulon, France, August 28 – 30, 2019.
Preface
The theme of ISD2019 was Information Systems Beyond 2020. The conference focused on mutual influences between information systems and organizational structures, processes and people and promoted research of methodological issues and ways in which the IS designers and developers are transforming organizations and society through information systems.
The ISD2019 conference tracks focused on:
