Short University Description
With more than 15,000 students, almost 2,000 graduates per year, 10 faculties, about 100 degree programmes, twelve in-house and five affiliated institutes as well as four competence platforms, FH Aachen with its two locations in Aachen and Jülich is one of the largest universities of applied sciences in Germany. Within this top-ranked university, the faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology and particualrly the Information Systems research group aims at offering a comprehensive and outstanding education experience in the area of Information Systems. Our professors and research assistants mainly research in the fields of Business Process Management, Artificial Intelligence, digital business models, ERP systems and Gamification.

FH Aachen offers more than 90 degree programmes. Take a look at our Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes and our dual study programmes, either separately or in our list of all degree programmes. Our Bachelor degree programmes in engineering, health sciences, business studies, law, natural sciences/mathematics/computer science as well as architecture & design are characterised by being application-oriented and practical. FH Aachen offers several Master's degree programmes in various subject areas on a full-time or part-time basis as well as extra-ocupational. As a general rule, the completion of a Master's degree entitles the holder to obtain a doctorate (PhD).
