The SEB LU is both a national leader and an internationally recognized academic and research institution in the fields of business and economics. SEB LU is also an institution with a longstanding tradition of experienced researchers who are joining global research initiatives, collaborating on consulting projects, organizing research seminars and annual business conferences. Program Highlights

rogram Name: Business Informatics , Program Description: The program is designed for students interested in combining both information technology and business knowledge. Its courses include topics such as digital transformation, business processes, data analytics, software solutions, digital business and innovations as well as the organization and management side of business informatics projects which requires learning a different set of specialized knowledge. The latest update of the programs additionally strengthened business analytics and the field of digital business and innovation since there is an increased demand for profiles with such knowledge.

One of the important features of this program represents practical work with modern business solutions where students develop their skills using analytical and development tools or platforms. Most of the courses also include project work which allows them to apply their knowledge in selected companies. Business skills development workshops taught by practitioners enable students to further develop their business and information systems skills.

Overall, there is a mixed structure of graduate students entering the program, just under a third of the students are coming from SEB LU, and a third are graduates from other programs such as computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, and mechanical engineering. The double degree program includes spending one year in the MSc program of the partner university and leads to obtaining a double master's degree, both from the home university and partner university abroad. Given the high quality of master's program of partner universities, this is an excellent entry point for ambitious students to the international job market or academic career.
