Abstract
Supply chain management is a cornerstone field in modern industry. In this paper, we will be discussing the parameters that influence SC network for multinational companies. We will focus on political and geopolitical risks, and will propose a managerial method to deal with different challenges. The stream of research of this paper is taking some steps to analyze these risks. we will show the impact of Supply chain on firms, and the necessity of wellstudied decisions. Also, we will be introducing real examples of the influence of some threats on the movement of goods. As a related concept also, we will discuss Supply chain risk management methods. In this part, we will consider Information System Management as a major player in the SCRM. Finally, we will present the research questions and the implications of this study on the economy, the branding of the companies, and the fluidity of service.
