This track focuses on how humans interact with emerging technologies (e.g., AI, robots, and chatbots) across organizational, cultural, and social contexts. Papers across the remit of IS research on human computer interaction and robot interaction are encouraged. We are interested in understanding technical, behavioral, and institutional factors that influence technology use, as well as how human technology interaction helps generate value in organizations. We also welcome papers that examine how digital technology shapes human cognition and emotion, and how users engage with technologies and algorithms in their personal or professional lives.

Track Co-Chairs;
Dina Koutsikouri, Gothenburg University
Lionel P. Robert Jr., University of Michigan
Cheng Yi, Tsinghua University, China
Ilias Pappas, University of Agder
Joao Vieira da Cunha, IESEG School of Management
